It looks great and is easy to keep clean after being splattered with all kinds of things, including various body fluids. If you want the best footwear possible, you want Nurstep!

The design and style is excellent only frustrations is getting the right size.

Gifted to my best friend for being a future nurse and she loved it. There was a sizing concern but we resolved and Nurfit was excellent with helping in this part. I do see myself re-ordering again!

The cushioning feels supportive and the lightweight design makes them easy to wear them for long shifts. They’re definitely a little big even after sizing down but overall, a comfortable shoe for it’s price.

I was excited to support this Korean brand of nurse shoes, as they're designed with input from actual nurses and marketed as high-quality, comfortable options for long shifts. The idea of "nurse-made" shoes sounded great, and I appreciated the story behind the company.
Unfortunately, my experience soured quickly when the shoes arrived too big. I contacted customer service for a size exchange or return, and their response was disappointing. Either pay around $35 for return shipping myself or leave a positive review in exchange for a partial refund. This felt manipulative and unprofessional.
As an international buyer (outside Korea), it seems there's little to no guarantee for easy returns or refunds, even for simple sizing issues. I ended up keeping the unworn shoes since returning them wasn't practical.
On top of that, I later realized these shoes are significantly marked up in the US market compared to prices available in Korea—often double the cost. For the price here, they're just not worth it when similar (or better) nursing shoes from other brands offer more reliable comfort, support, and customer-friendly policies.

These shoes are great! I love that they come with an extra insole to customize your fit. Water and sharps resistence is a must for me as a nurse. I will be buying these for life.

The shoes came in with good condition and fast delivery! It was comfy for 12 hour shifts and the color pink was so cute. personally I would say these are reliable pairs for nurses.

I love these shoes! As an inpatient nurse for 6 years. I’ve been through sooo many different types of work shoes. But so far these are the comfiest and cutest ones. My coworker introduced them to me, and I had to find out for myself. They are cushioned, the toe box is wide and comfy (I have wide feet), and the pink color is subtle but cute! I definitely recommend going down a size because it is on the bigger side. If I could, I would buy all 5 colors :)
