The shoes come with size-adjusting soles and foot arch soles. The foot arch soles are really comfortable and helps realives foot discomfort. I am a nurse working in skilled nursing facility, and this job requires me to walk and stand a lot like another nursing jobs. The softness and structure of the shoew support my feet and ankles really well. I used to wear running shoes before I got Nurfit, but Nurfit is definitely more suitable for stand for long time. The shoes' width is really wide, so they feel they are more bigger than standard size. I really recommand sizing down by half to one size. I have wide flat arches but I think choosing my true size would feel a bit too spacious.

They are incredibly comfortable, supportive, waterproof, and easy to clean! Great option for any healthcare worker. They do run pretty wide so size down.

Super great nursing shoes. I can wear them for 12-16 hrs without feeling tired or pain in my feet. I just wish the sizing was accurate. I am usually a 6.5 but they were way too big. 5.5 was too small. Just repurchased a 6 so hopefully that will be better.

This shoe is amazingly comfortable.Dis had to go a size down. But slips right in perfectly. Would definitely recommend if you work in healthcare.
